General Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Preamble
These Terms and Conditions of Service set forth the terms and conditions governing the provision of makeup and hairstyling services (hereinafter “the Services”) provided by Cécile Einhorn (hereinafter “the Service Provider”) to her clients (hereinafter “the Client”). The Client acknowledges having read these Terms and Conditions and accepts them without reservation.
- Service Reservations
2.1. The Customer may reserve the Services by contacting the Service Provider by phone, email, or any other agreed-upon means of communication.
2.2. The reservation is confirmed once the quote has been returned, signed by the customer.
- Pricing and Payment Terms
3.1. The rates for the Services are agreed upon between the Service Provider and the Client at the time of booking.
3.2. Fees are to be paid in cash, by bank transfer, via Lydia, or via PayPal, in accordance with the terms agreed upon between the Service Provider and the Client.
- Cancellation and Modification
4.1. The Customer may cancel or modify their reservation by notifying the Service Provider at least 31 business days in advance; however, the Customer agrees to pay a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total agreed-upon amount.
4.2. If the event is canceled less than 31 business days before the scheduled date, the full amount of the quote is due.
- Responsibilities of the Service Provider
5.1. The Service Provider agrees to provide the Services in accordance with current professional standards.
5.2. The Service Provider agrees to comply with health and safety standards. 6. Client’s Responsibilities
6.1. The Client agrees to provide the Service Provider with all necessary information regarding the requested Services.
6.2. The Customer agrees to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule to avoid any delays or interruptions in the Services.
- Privacy
The Service Provider agrees to keep all of the Client’s personal information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without the Client’s consent.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
